The deceased was located at 10 o’clock a.m. on December 9th, 1990 floating about 15 ft from the bank of the Passaic River behind a business called Golomb Service Station. This auto body shop is located at 201 River Road, off of Belmont Avenue in North Arlington, Bergen County, New Jersey.
Her exact date of death is unknown. She was estimated to be between the ages of 50 and 60 years old, 5’- 5’3 in height, 140-180 lbs, with brown and gray hair that is described as “kinky and curly, 4 inches in length” and brown eyes. She was wearing purple knit jogging trousers, waist length nylon stockings, a white girdle, white long underwear, brown wool socks with a yellow trim, a green and white striped halter top, (also known as a tube top or tube bra,) a purple dress with a zippered back, a red tee shirt and one singular wool glove. She was also wearing red colored fingernail polish with flecks of the same color on her big toes, and a clove of garlic was worn around her neck. She had copper colored metal rings with all of the Zodiac signs on them worn on her left ring finger. Her only notable scars/marks are listed as a mole on her upper lip underneath her left nostril, and freckles.
According to NamUs, she also had a red ribbon tied around her neck, a multi-colored beaded necklace, and a multi-colored handkerchief tied in a knot, containing a clove of garlic and a yellow metal medallion with a picture of a man, and the name “Moses” written on one side and a picture of a snake on the other side with a half moon in the sky.
The cause of death is listed as accidental drowning. The decedent has dentals and fingerprints on file. DNA is not available.
