The Murdered
Javar Alston

Javar Alston was 32 years old when he was brutally murdered outside of his home at 43 Gamewell Lane in Willingboro New Jersey, at 3:00 a.m. on July 28, 2011. He was shot at least twice. A family member called 911 for help, but unfortunately, Javar passed away.
Five hours before Javar was killed, at around 9:45 p.m, there were reports of another home being shot at from a vehicle in Hawthorne Lane, an area nearby. No one in the home was injured.
Police have refused to say if they believe the two incidents were related. One article states that authorities believe it may be the work of gang members. Javar is a previously convicted felon that had served his time.
Javar’s loved ones are still searching for answers.
