On October 21, 1982, 34 year old James Wescoe was found stabbed to death inside the upper eastbound platform area in the Madison Train Station in Madison New Jersey at 3:14 a.m. A Conrail employee located James and called the police. 
Investigators revealed that James had been seen alive at the Park Tavern in Madison at about 12:30 a.m. and he was seen again in the area of Lincoln Place at 12:50 a.m.
