27 year old Richard Sikorsky was found deceased in his basement apartment at 23 Western Avenue, Morristown New Jersey on August 11, 1980 at 12:18 p.m. His death was declared a homicide.
It was revealed that there was evidence that Richard was sexually assaulted before being killed. Richard lived alone and had moved to Morristown just 10 months before he died.
His murder remains unsolved.
