61 year old Serena Waterman was located deceased inside of her bedroom after a call was reported of a fire at 67 Linden Lane, Chatham Township, New Jersey, on Wednesday, October 23, 1963 at 8:45 a.m. It was later discovered that Serena was dead before the fire started and her case was ruled a homicide.
She was last seen alive at her residence earlier on the same morning.
Her case is still unsolved.
