On Monday, April 7, 2008, sometime before 9:45 a.m., 51 year old Christopher Higgins was found strangled to death and his body was dumped behind a set of large dumpsters and covered with leaves at the Memorial Parkway apartment complex on Route 18 where he lived in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Christopher is one of identical triplets and one of 15 siblings; 9 girls and 6 boys. He was last seen by his family on March 28, 2008. and reported missing by one of his sisters on April 2nd. He did not show up for his maintenance worker job at Panera Bread in North Brunswick, and he failed to pay his rent, which he always did no later than the 3rd of every month.
After his wife Renee died in 2007, he mostly stayed to himself but he did regularly attend the Abundant Life Family Church in New Brunswick. His family reports that they believe they know who did this to him, but there is no proof.
