The Murdered
Jonny Andujar
Allentown, Pennsylvania
On May 10, 2006, 17 year old Jonny Andujar was shot to death in front of his family home at 1029 South Carlisle Street in the Cumberland Gardens housing development in Allentown, Pennsylvania. It is said that Jonny received a text message to come outside of his house at 2:55 a.m. He did so, and a car pulled up. Jonny walked over to the car and leaned into the open window. He spoke with an unknown person in the car for several minutes. Jonny turned around and began to walk away, but the individual he was speaking with called for him to come back to the car. Jonny was then shot twice in the neck.
Jonny’s sister rushed outside after hearing gunshots and found him on the ground.Â
He was rushed to a hospital but ultimately, Jonny was pronounced dead at 3:26 a.m.
His senseless murder remains unsolved.
