The lifeless body of 19 year old Colin Primer was discovered at 5:40 a.m. in an alley near the intersection of 4th and Washington Streets in Allentown Pennsylvania on Tuesday, June 5th of 2007. He had been shot several times. He was witnessed inside of a bar in the 1400 block of West Hamilton Street a few hours before the shooting.
A witness told police they heard gunshots sometime between 2 and 3 a.m. that night.
Colin was a former gang member who had worked as a consultant for “Youth in Action Now,” an after school program that helps prevent inner-city youths from being recruited into gang life. They also provide courses in conflict resolution and anger management. 
The murder of Colin Primer remains unsolved.
