31 year old Dashawn Taylor was shot in the face and chest during an argument outside of 119-32 171 Street in Jamaica, Queens on the afternoon of October 9, 2018. He was only a few blocks away from his home. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital where he passed away just hours later. Authorities are looking for the two men who were seen fleeing the scene in a vehicle that may have sustained exterior damage due to running Dashawn over during the escape.
Dashawn was an aspiring rapper who went by the name of “Day Dolla,” according to his girlfriend Joanne.
His horrific murder remains unsolved.
