On March 22, 2009, Keisha Roman was reported missing from her Oak Street home in the City of Binghamton. Months later, on September 21, 2009, her skeletal remains were found in a rural area off Harmony Road in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.
Keisha’s death has been ruled a homicide.
