Nico Saraceni, 29, a beloved writer, poet, film enthusiast, and SCSU student, was tragically stabbed outside his Whalley Avenue apartment in New Haven Connecticut on Oct. 10, 2022. Known for his kind spirit, creativity, and love of cinema, Nico worked at Frank Pepe’s and was close to graduating. Police say a tall, heavy-set man in a gray sweatsuit was seen leaving the area after the attack, but no arrest has been made and the case is growing cold. Nico’s family and investigators continue to plead for answers so they can find closure and prevent further harm. A $25,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction.
