🕊️ Remembering Stella & JJ — A Cold Case That Still Needs Answers 🕊️

Stella Bolton, a beloved neighborhood “grandmother” originally from Trinidad, and James “JJ” Moore, a retired veteran known for his kindness and love of cars, shared a quiet life together in their Portsmouth, New Hampshire home. But in the early hours of February 16, 1991, their house was set on fire, and investigators soon discovered the heartbreaking truth: both had been stabbed to death before the blaze. For decades, the case has remained unsolved, though new leads and advancing DNA technology are giving detectives renewed hope. Loved by everyone around them, Stella and JJ were generous souls who looked out for their community, and for each other. Today, their families and investigators still believe someone out there knows what happened.
