Although the cause of death remains undetermined, investigators have ruled it a homicide and continue to follow new leads, including recent searches of neighborhoods and an apartment in Norwich. Officers, state police, and cold case teams have gone door to door, revisited the discovery site, and urged the public to come forward with anything they may know.
