On August 28, 2005, her 37th birthday, Anne Caro, a devoted mother of two and beloved member of the Mansfield community, was found strangled in her home. Despite extensive investigation, interviews, and a $50,000 state reward, no arrests have been made in the nearly 20 years since her tragic death. Anne, remembered as a hardworking teaching assistant and friend, spent the morning at work before her life was taken later that day. With unanswered questions and crucial evidence still unresolved, investigators continue to search for the person responsible.
