She was last seen alive around 4:00 p.m. by her husband, who returned home around 7:30 p.m. to discover she had been murdered. More than two decades later, Marie’s homicide remains unsolved, leaving her family and the close-knit Westville community searching for answers. Investigators believe the attack may have occurred during an attempted theft, and advances in DNA and forensic technology have brought renewed hope to the case through the New York State Police Cold Case Unit. Authorities urge anyone with information to come forward. A $36,000 reward is being offered for tips that lead to an arrest and conviction, as the determination to bring justice for Marie Fleury remains stronger than ever.
