On November 14, 1996, 37 year old Donna Lee Blalock was discovered deceased inside her pickup truck on Rockdale Terrace in Windsor Mill, Maryland. She had sustained a gunshot wound to her upper body, and investigators reported that her vehicle struck several objects before crashing into a telephone pole. Authorities are still asking for the public’s help in solving this case.
