🚨UNSOLVED HOMICIDE IN BALTIMORE COUNTY 🕊️
On the evening of December 9, 2013, around 6:50 p.m., Baltimore County Maryland Police responded to a single-vehicle crash near Alter Street and Southern Cross Drive in the 21207 area. At the scene, officers discovered a Honda Odyssey that had struck a guardrail. The driver, later identified as 30-year-old Ryan Franklin Evans of Southern Cross Drive, was suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body and was pronounced deceased at the scene. Authorities continue to seek answers in this case, and Metro Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to an arrest and indictment, with the victim’s family adding an additional $1,000 reward.
