🕯️ Unsolved Homicide: Public’s Help Needed 🔍

Baltimore County Maryland Police are seeking assistance from the public in solving the murder of 32 year old Steven Duane Godwin in the Woodlawn Precinct. On the night of October 18, 1984, officers responded to a stabbing at the Corinthian Lounge and Restaurant on Windsor Mill Road. Steven Godwin had spent about two hours at the lounge before saying goodbye to his father, who was working at the adjoining package goods store. Shortly after stepping outside into the parking lot, he returned moments later and collapsed in his father’s arms after being stabbed in the chest. He was rushed to Baltimore County General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead about 30 minutes later. Investigators continue to seek information in this case, and a cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for tips that may help bring closure.
