On April 28, 2003, at around 10:38 p.m., Baltimore County Police responded to reports of gunfire at Hillcrest Park in the 7300 block of Maury Road. Officers discovered 28 year old Warren Rochelle Lewis deceased near the park entrance with a gunshot wound to his upper body. A witness reported hearing a popping sound while walking their dog and then seeing a person lying on the ground. Authorities are offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that may help solve this case.
