On July 4, 1996, an unidentified Black and/or Hispanic male was found deceased near the railroad tracks at the intersection of East Gurney and β€œB” Street in Philadelphia. He was believed to be between 12 and 17 years old, stood approximately 5’10” to 6’0” tall, and weighed between 130 and 145 pounds. He had several small tattoos, including a distinctive Virgo astrological symbol on his left hip. At the time he was found, he was wearing a Calvin Klein Jeans t-shirt (size S/M), Augusta underwear (size L), Quicksilver jeans (size 38), and Nike sneakers (size 12).
