🚨 Unsolved Homicide Investigation 🕊️
On the evening of November 10, 1999, police responded to a reported cardiac arrest at a residence on Fairbrook Road, where 55 year old Barbara Manns was found deceased with evidence of severe physical trauma. Investigators believe she had only recently returned home from work before the incident occurred. Signs of a burglary were discovered inside the home, and her green 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier was reported missing; it was later recovered five days afterward on Winchester Street in Baltimore City.
