The Murdered
Jacques Mosse
Baltimore County, Maryland

ποΈ Unsolved Homicide of Jacques Mosse π
In the early morning of June 4, 1994, Baltimore County Police responded to the 1600 block of York Road in Timonium, where 39 year old Jacques Mosse was found unconscious on the sidewalk with severe head injuries. He had reportedly been involved in a physical altercation with an unknown man who struck him and knocked him to the ground, causing him to hit his head. Mosse was taken to a local hospital but died the following day, and his death was ruled a homicide. Investigators believe robbery may have been the motive, as money Mosse had just withdrawn from a nearby ATM was missing. A witness also reported seeing a purplish-colored car, possibly a Saturn, in the area, and police believe there may be additional unidentified witnesses. Mosse, described as a shy, kind, and dedicated employee at Specprint, has never received justice, and authorities continue to seek information, offering a reward of up to $2,000 for tips that could help solve the case.
