On February 28, 1992, a passing motorist traveling from I-95 North to I-695 East in Baltimore County Maryland, discovered the nude body of 42 year old Judith Ann “Judy” Miller lying in a roadside ditch. Police determined that Judy, who had last been seen visiting several bars and dance clubs the night before, died from trauma to her upper body. She left behind a husband, siblings, and her mother. More than three decades later, investigators continue to seek answers, urging anyone with even the smallest detail to come forward, as modern DNA advances could help solve the case.
