🕊️ Justice for Kingsley Odukwu 🔍

On October 3, 1991, around 8:10 p.m., Baltimore County Maryland Police responded to reports of gunfire near Brubar Court off Liberty Road and discovered 28-year-old Kingsley Onwuzruike Odukwu deceased in the parking lot in front of 9 Brubar Court. The investigation revealed that Kingsley was initially shot multiple times in the stairwell of his apartment building at 13 Brubar Court after being approached by an unknown male, before collapsing outside. Kingsley emigrated from Nigeria to the United States in 1984, earned his undergraduate degree from Coppin State University, and later obtained a master’s degree from Morgan State University. 

His murder remains unsolved, and authorities urge anyone with information to contact the Baltimore County Police Department or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP; tips may remain anonymous and could be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000. 🕯️💔🔎
