🔍 Unsolved Murder of Mary Roe 🔍
On the morning of March 24, 2001, Baltimore County Police responded to a reported cardiac arrest at Atlantic Cleaners on the 700 block of Walker Avenue, only to discover a homicide. The owner arrived around 7:50 a.m. to find the front door locked and the store manager, 56 year old Mary Roe, lying behind the front counter with multiple stab wounds; she was pronounced dead at the scene. Roe was known for arriving early to work, and investigators believe she was killed shortly before she was found. More than 23 years later, detectives remain hopeful that with the public’s help, those responsible will be identified.
