🚨 Unsolved Homicide: Isaac Saul 🕊️
Late on the night of February 26, 1996, at approximately 11:45 p.m., a Baltimore County Maryland police officer conducting routine patrol in the 65th and Biddle Streets area of Precinct 9 (White Marsh) discovered a red Chevrolet truck parked in a secluded location. Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer found an unconscious man in the driver’s seat. The individual was later identified as 37 year old Isaac Saul, who had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body and was pronounced deceased. Authorities are offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for information that could help solve this case.
