🚨 Cold Case Homicide: Scott Short 🕰️
On September 23, 1992, Baltimore County Maryland Police responded to a call at an apartment on Cinnamon Circle in Randallstown, Maryland, where 27-year-old Scott Short was found deceased. Scott, who worked at Baltimore County General Hospital (now Northwest Hospital), had returned home shortly before midnight after finishing his shift, only to be discovered hours later by his sister inside his ransacked apartment. He was fully clothed and had suffered multiple stab wounds and severe trauma to his neck, head, and upper torso. Investigators reported no signs of forced entry but clear evidence of a struggle, along with indications that someone attempted to wash blood from their hands in the bathroom. More than three decades later, Scott’s murder remains unsolved, and his family continues to search for answers.
Baltimore County Police urge anyone with information to come forward, noting that a cash reward of up to $2,000 may be available for tips that help bring justice in this long-cold case. Please call 410-886-3943. 🕊️🔍🕯️
