🕊️ Justice for Falls Road Jane Doe 🧬
In 2025, nearly three decades after human remains were discovered on the 17800 block of Falls Road in Baltimore County, Maryland, the woman long known as “Falls Road Jane Doe” was identified as Leoria Belinda Smith through genetic genealogy. Investigators learned that Leoria had gone missing 12 years before her remains were found in 1996, yet her disappearance was never reported. She was just 20 years old at the time and a mother to an infant daughter. Leoria was found wearing blue jeans, a light-colored pinstriped blouse with pearl buttons, a leather jacket, high-top shoes, and gold hoop earrings. Facial reconstruction and computer-enhanced images helped keep her case visible over the years.
Authorities continue to seek information, offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for tips that may help bring further answers and justice. If you have any further information, please call 1-866-7-LOCKUP. 💔🕯️
