Angela Blouin was a 21 year old woman whose life was tragically taken on May 30, 1993, in Derby, Vermont. She was last seen alive between 1:00 and 1:30 a.m. at the One Stop Mini Mart in Newport City, about three miles from where her body was later found that morning beneath trees along Crawford Road. Investigators determined that evidence at the scene showed a struggle had occurred, and her death was ruled a homicide. Angela, one of three triplets, was remembered by her family for her bright smile and gentle, happy-go-lucky nature, and she was identified by a distinctive heart-shaped tattoo bearing her boyfriend’s name. More than three decades later, the case remains unsolved, and Vermont State Police continue to seek information from the public, holding out hope that renewed attention or someone coming forward may finally bring answers and justice for Angela.
