On the night of November 1, 2002, around 10:15 p.m., a neighbor reported a fire inside a home at 1310 Hilton Terrace in Catonsville, Maryland. Baltimore County Police and Fire crews responded and, after extinguishing the flames, discovered the burned body of 59 year old Michael Allen Ugiansky on the living room floor. An autopsy later revealed that Michael did not die from the fire, but from blunt force trauma, confirming his death was a homicide. Authorities continue to seek information in this case, offering a cash reward of up to $2,000 for tips that may lead to answers.
