Bruce Isaacs, 29, was found deceased in a wooded area of Little River State Park in Waterbury, Vermont, on September 26, 1988, after workers clearing brush along a power company’s property discovered his body. Investigators determined his death was a homicide. At the time, Bruce was transient and had been camping in the park area. More than three decades later, the case remains unsolved, and Vermont State Police continue to seek information.
