Clothing: The victim was found wearing a red short-sleeve t-shirt that had the logo on the chest region “7 record” and another number 7 with the word “breaking”. He was also wearing a green full sleeve sweatshirt with the incomplete word “Phil”, white and blue boxer short underwear, a white sock, and a brown plaid shirt.
Other: The victim’s hair appeared to be in dreadlocks measuring up to 6 inches in length. He had a beard.
Jewelry: On the victim’s right middle finger, he wore a silver toned ring that had a heart shape. On the left ring finger was a yellow metal ring with a heart shape containing turquoise-like stones. Around the neck lying loosely was a silver toned chain with a cross pendant containing the word “faith”.
Circumstances: The victim was found on February 8, 1998 in Newark, Essex County, NJ.

Scars, marks, tattoos: The victim has facial scars, a lower lip scar, old healed fractures of the skull and a 9 inch long midline abdominal surgical scar. A small projectile which was found in his lower back is from an old incident and did not contribute to his death.
Clothing: The victim was wearing a long sleeve dark blue shirt, a pair of mismatched socks, brown trousers, a brown belt, one brown boot.
Other: His hair was straight and black, and he had facial stubble. He was carrying a paring knife with a black handle, $2.50, one stick of Juicy Fruit gum and a chili pepper.
Circumstances: The unidentified male was found in Newark New Jersey on August 16, 1998. The victim is believed to be a Hispanic male in his early 30’s.

Other: The victim has black hair braided into cornrows and a thin beard and mustache. He has pierced ears with yellow metal earrings.
Circumstances: The victim was found on March 15, 1999 in Irvington, New Jersey. The victim’s street name is “Youngun”

Clothing: The victim was wearing a pair of light blue pants with a blue elastic cloth belt and silver colored buckle, a pair of black sandal-like shoes size 9 with brand name “High Lites”, white long sleeve tuxedo-type shirt, white long sleeve sweater, large blue scarf with gold and blue flower design and a V-neck beige tank-like blouse.
Jewelry: A small gold colored earring with a purple stone in the left earlobe, A silver colored “Jordache” wristwatch on her left wrist and blackish aluminum crucifix. A small star with a small orange pendant was also found but was not on her.
Other: An Ace bandage on her left ankle and left knee, her fingernails and toenails were painted red in color. She has a space between her two upper front teeth.
Circumstances: The victim was found on May 5, 1999 on Miller Street in Newark, New Jersey.

Clothing: The victim was wearing multiple layers of clothing consisting of a red long sleeve sweater, a multi-colored long sleeve sweater, two dark-colored long sleeve sweaters, two black short sleeve t-shirts, four pairs of denim pants, three pairs of thermal underpants, one pair of socks and one pair of brown boots.
Other: He had an unkempt beard and mustache and his hair is sparse, short and black with a few strands of grey. The victim had pulmonary emphysema.
Circumstances: This unidentified male was found in Newark, New Jersey on March 15, 2000. The victim is believed to be homeless and may have lived under a bridge.
