Circumstances: The victim’s body was found on May 1, 1988 on a jetty in the Hudson River, Weehawken, NJ.

Clothing: The victim was wearing a gray flannel cap, a brown jacket with brown fur lining, a blue, tan, brown and white plaid shirt, black/charcoal gray pants, a pair of black/charcoal gray pants, a pair of black socks, white long john pants and black shoes.
Other: The victim had in his possession a black wallet with money and a set of keys in a red key case. The victim also has a small mustache.
Circumstances: On May 18, 1989, a body was found in the marsh area near Newark Bay in Bayonne, New Jersey.

The victim was also wearing 3 t-shirts. The first one is a white Adidas shirt with “Coco Keys Skim board Championship” on it, size Large. The second t-shirt was white and Nike brand, size Medium, and the third shirt was a white Artex brand with “#1 Dad” and a Snoopy design, size Medium.
Other: The victim had a thin build.
Circumstances: On June 10, 1989, the victim’s body was found in the New York Bay, Jersey City, New Jersey.

Circumstances: On July 8, 1989 the victim’s body was found in North Bergen Township, Hudson County, New Jersey.

Circumstances: The victim was found on September 17, 1989 at the Holland Tunnel North Tube.

Scars, marks, tattoos: The right lower end of the humerus shows orthopedic hardware consisting of a metal plate on the medial side placed in situ with 6 screws seen sideways and 2 at right angles on the viewing plane. The breakage in the bone has completely healed leaving no residual tell tale deformities or deposits of calcium or visible fracture line at this point.
Clothing: The victim was found wearing a pale green sports type jacket, a full sleeved plaid “Camtelco” shirt size small, a T-shirt with a figure of a person on a surfboard and “Hobie” written on it in the front, dark green “Dickies” work pants with no belt around the waist, size 32 x 32, boxer underwear which are held in place with a red color shoelace, 2 pairs of socks, the outermost socks are dark brown and the innermost are red, and a shoe on his left foot size 9, the shoes are worn down almost to the sole.
Other: He has a goatee and a mustache.
Circumstances: The victim was found on March 29, 1991 on the bank of the Passaic River in Kearny, Hudson County NJ.
