Circumstances: The victim was found on May 13, 1991 floating in the New York Bay.

Jewelry: The victim was wearing a gold ring, a copper bracelet, and a small “bell shaped” silver ornament with loops.
Circumstances: The victims skeletal remains were found on December 20, 1991 under the Chapel Hill Bridge in Jersey City, Hudson County, NJ.
