I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Clothing: The victim was wearing a black, rust, and blue cape coat with a hood, Blue Levi jeans, gray, brown and blue cowl neck striped blouse. She was also wearing pantyhose, white bikini panties with the inscription “togetherness” and an outline of two babies on the front, and “bone colored” high heeled shoes.
Jewelry: The victim was wearing the following jewelry: 4 rings, one of which bears and aquamarine birthstone which would indicate a birth in the month of March, another ring with a silver heart shape top, a third ring containing and interlocking affect, and a fourth ring with an oval shape and a rose with a stem on top of it. She was also wearing 1 “twisted” horseshoe shaped gold bracelet, and 1 Seiko white metal ladies watch with a black leather strap.
