I will be posting my lists of unidentified persons in my own order of choice, continuing with an area of New Jersey called Gloucester County.
I am doing this to promote awareness of small town Doe’s that do not receive nearly enough media attention.

Circumstances: The victim was found in the Delaware River at the Coastal Corporation Oil Refinery in West Deptford, New Jersey on April 26, 1986.

Clothing: ¾ length military fatigue type heavy-duty jacket with black liner, the button snaps on the coat have the logo “Refrig Wear”, Long sleeve sweatshirt pullover with a V neck, Long sleeved, heavy, rust colored cable-stitch V neck sweater, “Nike” jogging shorts which are blue, white and gray. On the left foot are two socks, one plain white and the other is a white sock with two green stripes at the top. On the right foot is a blue sock. Two pairs of pants, the outer pant is blue, diagonally corded polyester with a brown leather-type belt with a square white-metal buckle that measures 39-40” long to the hole, at which the buckle is engaged and has a logo of “ML38-40” with a symbol of a tailor working at a taylors stool, and also “top grain cowhide 7046-2”. These pants have a label with the word “Farah”. The other pants are green, with no belt loops.
Other: The victim had a mustache and beard. He was found with a small comb, three matchbooks, and tablets in aluminum foil. In the right pocket of the jacket there were stock market pages from the Philadelphia Inquirer newspaper.

Circumstances: The victim was found in Mantua Creek, West Deptford Township, New Jersey. He was of slender build, wide shoulders and narrow waist. He also has bunions on his toes, fallen arches and an out step. Victim had badly chewed down teeth and had chronic lung disease.
