Circumstances: On March 22, 1996 the victim was found in Atlantic City, New Jersey after drowning.

Other: The victim did not have any teeth present in his upper jaw. He had a full upper denture and a partial lower denture plate. Only teeth 21-28 were present and teeth 22-27 were capped.

Other: The male was possibly Korean. His hair was dyed brown or black, but their roots were gray. There was a key found with him.
Jewelry: The male was found wearing a silver colored watch.
