Circumstances: On July 31, 1985 the victim was found on Cape May City Beach, New Jersey at Patterson Avenue. The body is believed to have only been in the water for less than 12 hours.

Clothing: The victim was wearing black oxford shoes with arches, black socks, a light blue t-shirt, a pair of green boxer shorts, and a pair of dark blue trousers. The victim also had a handkerchief with monogram “B” and a laundry mark on his outer shirt (B-SRBRO).
Other: The victim has a mustache and is balding. He has full upper dentures and only 3 bottom teeth.
