Jose Medina, or as some called him, Rickie, was last seen on February 19th of 1995 in the town of Moca, Puerto Rico County, Puerto Rico. He was 15 years old at the time. He is a Hispanic Male with black hair and brown eyes. He was 5’1” and weighed 130 pounds. He has a birthmark on his back and several scars throughout his body, including some on both of his legs and his right hand. He was last seen wearing a white shirt with black shorts. He may be in the company of his non-custodial step-father, as neither one has been seen since February 19, 1995. They may be in Florida, New Jersey or New York. They may be traveling in a blue and white 21 foot Open Fisherman boat (named Ashlyn) that was custom made with two outboard Mariner 40 HP motors. The U.S Coast Guard register number is 0763-FF.
Jose’s birthday is listed as 10/08/1979. There are no further details in this case available.
