The Philadelphia Police Department is asking for the public’s help locating 28 year old Faith Howard. She has been reported missing from Philadelphia’s 39th district since July 16, 2025. She was last seen at 12:00 p.m. on the 5000 block of Copley Road but she was later tracked to 57th Street and 7th Avenue in New York City. Faith has Huntington’s disease, a neurological condition that can cause involuntary movements, speech difficulties, confusion and memory issues. She is described as a black female that is 5’2” to 5’5″ and weighs 105 pounds. She was last seen wearing a t- shirt with a black jacket, gray basketball shorts and white/gray sneakers.
