15 year old Horace Cunningham Adkinson was reported missing on July 17, 2025 from Philadelphia Pennsylvania’s 17th District. He was last seen at 2:30 p.m. on the 2400 block of Christian Street. Horace frequents 15th and Market Street.
Horace is 5’ 7” and 190 pounds with brown eyes and short dark hair. He was last seen wearing a black t-shirt with gray shorts and gray Vans brand sneakers.
