60 year old Pedro Deleon is missing from Philadelphia Pennsylvania’s 25th district. He was last seen on July 19, 2025 at 11:30 a.m. on the 100 block of West Ontario Street. Pedro only speaks Spanish.
He is 5’6” and weighs 155 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red shirt with ripped blue jeans and white shoes.
