Safaa Lloyd-Muhammad

Authorities are asking the public’s help in locating 12 year old Safaa Lloyd-Muhammad, who is missing from Philadelphia’s 39th district. She was reported missing by her mother on July 7, 2025. Her mother says Safaa left her home on the 2900 block of North Bambrey Street at 1:00 p.m. on July 6 to go out with friends. She did not return home.
Safaa is 4’11” and weighs around 110 pounds. She has brown eyes and brown hair, and was last seen wearing a black track jacket with jean shorts and checkered vans shoes.
