14 year old True Legacy Shelton was reported missing from Philadelphia Pennsylvania’s 17th district. She was last seen on July 30, 2025 at 7:30 a.m. on the 5400 block of Warrington Street. True is 5’ 9” and weighs 110 pounds with brown eyes and long brown braided hair with pink in it. She was last seen wearing black pants with a navy blue class shirt and white glasses.
