16 year old Herbierto Roubert has been reported missing from Philadelphia’s 25th district. He was last seen March 3, 2025, at 1:50am on the 4700 block of Whitaker Ave.
Heriberto is 15 years old, 6’2″, 230 lbs., with strawberry blonde hair, blue eyes and was last seen wearing a black shirt, black sweatpants and black crocs.

3x updates. I’ve added a new column (Tattoo). Herbierto has distinct hand tattoos. Worth tracking.
Does anyone else have tattoos? Not sure but I’ll keep an eye out going forward or in review.

P.S None of my kids have tattoos. My daughter might have ear rings but that’s it. Hand tattoos too. Weird.
