16 year old Herbierto Roubert has been reported missing from Philadelphia’s 25th district. He was last seen on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., on the 2700 block of North Broad Street.
Herbierto is 5’ 8” and weighs 190 pounds with sandy colored hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a t-shirt and jeans.

3x updates. I’ve added a new column (Tattoo). Herbierto has distinct hand tattoos. Worth tracking.
Does anyone else have tattoos? Not sure but I’ll keep an eye out going forward or in review.

P.S None of my kids have tattoos. My daughter might have ear rings but that’s it. Hand tattoos too. Weird.
