66 year old Samuel Whitney has been reported missing and endangered from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania’s 39th district. He was last seen at his residence on Sunday, August 3, 2025 at 11:50 p.m. on the 3200 block of North Bailey Street. Samuel is 5’ 6” and weighs 219 pounds and he has light brown eyes and light brown hair. There is no available clothing description. He may be in the Southwest section of the city, possibly near 57th Street and Baltimore Avenue where his family lives.
