59 year old Edward F. Grossman was seen on September 2, 1989 in Dale, New York. He may have traveled to Texas or California. He is described as a white male with graying black hair and hazel eyes, standing at 5’ 10” and weighing around 170 pounds. He is known to have a full beard and mustache. Texas authorities are also investigating.
