The Murdered
Alvin Wright Jr.
Allentown, Pennsylvania
On the evening of Saturday, July 2, 1988, 5 year old Alvin Wright Jr. was tragically struck by a vehicle as he was exiting his family’s car in the 500 block of North Dauphin Street in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The vehicle was described as a white, two door compact vehicle with two occupants that did not stop. They continued south on Dauphin Street to the light on Hanover Avenue, then they possibly drove west on Hanover.
Little Alvin sadly passed away in the Lehigh Valley Hospital Center at 11:20 p.m. due to multiple chest injuries.
His murder remains unsolved.
