58 year old Noel Hidalgo was found tied up and badly beaten inside of his residence at 108-08 Jamaica Avenue in Richmond Hill, Queens, New York on Wednesday, December 4, 2013. Police responded to the home at 3:40 p.m. Noel had trauma to his head and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Surveillance footage of the area shows a person with a black jacket and jeans that is wanted for questioning.
