Michael Scott McLaughlin, 21, was a Syracuse University art student who vanished on October 23, 1975. He was last seen near Harvard Place and Marshall Street in Syracuse, NY.

Michael had just taken a leave from the College of Visual and Performing Arts and planned to re-enroll the next semester. Friends said he left for lunch, but never returned. His Jeep, cash, and belongings were left behind, and he never made his planned December trip to visit his girlfriend in England.
Known to friends as “Scott,” Michael stood 5’11”, 165 lbs, with blonde shoulder-length hair and blue eyes. Despite decades of searching, his case remains unsolved.
